Hit and Paid is an advertising and advertising service that connects consumers with independent licensed attorneys operated by Gradus Proximus Consulting LLC ("Hit and Paid," "we," "us"). We are not a law firm. We do not practice law, we do not employ attorneys, and nothing on this site or provided by us constitutes legal advice. Using this site or our phone line does not create an attorney–client relationship between you and Hit and Paid or Gradus Proximus Consulting LLC.
If you request it, we may connect you with an independent, licensed attorney in your state. Any attorney–client relationship that results exists solely between you and that attorney — never with Hit and Paid.
No guarantee of outcome or representation
Submitting information to Hit and Paid does not guarantee that any attorney will accept your case, that you will be matched with an attorney, or any particular result or settlement. Every case is different.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or submit a case check request.

By submitting our case check form, you give express written consent for Hit and Paid to contact you by phone and/or SMS at the number you provided regarding your request, including with automated technology. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gradus Proximus Consulting LLC and Hit and Paid will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or our services.

Governing law
